Invitation to Bereavement Service on Sunday 5 December 2021 at 3.00pm.
Christmas approaches we may be thinking of a family member who will not be with us, the empty chair at the table, one less present under the Christmas tree. Who ever you are, invitation extended to all who may wish to have a quiet time gathered with others who are grieving at this time. A time of reflection, quiet music, prayer and lighting of candles - as we remember together all those whom we love and hold in our hearts.

We are absolutely devastated to hear the news of our brother William Leiper. Rest in peace, and we continue to pray for his family and friends. We will deeply miss William's authenticity and devotion to his faith, in our church 💔

A year ago, Kirsteen enrolled Peter into an SQA accredited music course where he learned how to play the box drum and sing. Turns out he is an absolute natural and yesterday she proudly watched him graduate from the course with full marks. We are very proud of you Peter.

Two days ago at our Sunday Service - Trinity Sunday - our parish minister, Douglas Nicol, led Sunday Worship for the last time before his retirement this coming Saturday, 5th June. The theme of the service is "A Trinity of Trinities."

It was a bitter sweet service in Church today, as we celebrated the retirement of our Parish Minister, Douglas. Douglas has served our parish for 33 years and he has done so with commitment, integrity, compassion and authenticity. He and his wife Katherine will be sorely missed, but we wish them every blessing as they journey into this new season together.

Yesterday we celebrated Pentecost Sunday, the anniversary of the day the Holy Spirit came upon the 120 believers in Jerusalem, 50 days after the resurrection of Jesus.
The service was very much a time of celebration!
During the service, William Leiper was baptised.
What a great day to be baptised!
