Madam Blavatsky was devastated when she heard news of the assassination of Tzar
Emperor Alexander 2nd in April of 1881.
HPB took one of her many bouts of illness whilst in India.
Alexander was a **us with rising, and in 12th House having survived previous attempts on his life for introducing liberal reforms!
Also news of her sister Vera's 2nd husband's death from TB in the spring of that year.

Shamanic Circle - The Way of the Drum
16 February 19:00-21:00

The circle comes together and each time we share a different shamanic teaching. Our ceremony, teaching and spiritual work this coming Monday is about the Spirit of the Forest, who becomes a teacher and guide. We will learn from the depths of the wild, meeting the ancient spirit in the middle world through journeying, making offerings to the earth and honing our shamanic skills in ceremony.

📍 Glasgow Theosophical Society, 17 Queen’s Crescent
G4 9BL, press the library buzzer.

💫 Contribution: £18 / £15 concession
📩 [email protected]
Alongside the circle, we offer a monthly newsletter with reflections and articles on shamanism and alternative spirituality, and our shamanic circles meet both online and in person in Glasgow.
🌿 Upcoming offerings include:

– The Healing Art of the Shamanic Drum Sunday 28th of February 14:00-18:30.

– Shamanic retreats, including Himalayan shamanism with a Nepalese shaman
– Sacred ceremonies such as the Shamanic Dance of the Sacred Spirits, held to restore harmony and peace

If you feel the powerful call of the drum, you are very welcome to join us in the circle.
All shamanic courses are taught by Fotoula Adrimi, shamanic teacher with twenty years of professional experience in shamanism, member of shamanicteachers.com and The Shaman's directory.

With warmth and blessings,
