Exciting news - next Thursday we will have a Tai Chi taster session at the St Matthew’s Centre!

Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial arts practice in China. As a modern form of exercise it has been linked to wide-ranging mental and physical health benefit, often recognised for helping practitioners with mindfulness and relaxation!

Come along to the taster session next Thursday to give it a go and see for yourself!

This free class is suitable for complete beginners who have never tried Tai Chi before.
