22nd Glasgow Scout Group

It is with great sadness that the 22nd Glasgow scout group has closed its doors and will no longer be running. It has been my privilege to have been a leader with this group for the past 17 years and my pleasure to have known some truly amazing young people who I know have gone on to do amazing things! I grew up with this group and made amazing friends in my fellow leaders who all share my sadness. We want to thank the local community for their support over the years and a special thanks to Jim, Annmarie and all the staff at the alive & kicking centre for accomodating us all these years. There are no words to describe how much I will miss being a leader with this remarkable group in this remarkable community. Thank you and goodbye ❤️❤️❤️ Claire

Our 2 beavers and a couple of leaders filled in their all about me sheets last night! Let’s do it again in a year and see what details have changed 🙂, hopefully next year we have a lot more than 2 beavers!

Our beavers run every Tuesday from 5.30-6.30 for boys and girls aged 6-8! Come along and give it a try at the alive and kicking centre on red road, the first 2 weeks are free!
