Report it to the council including fly-tipping, dog fouling, missed bin collections, a change of address and much more

Council planners have rejected a housing scheme for 51 properties on greenfield land in Derbyshire over concerns that it would harm the landscape, mean a loss of trees and that it would not provide an appropriate range of housing types and sizes with a bridleway.

Brilliant how everyone is fighting to save the youth club for the kids. 👏🏼 A community hub is the least investment the estate deserves. It should be funded by DCC and HPBC, they are to busy getting into debt buying into a luxury overpriced hotel and a shockingly bad shopping mall in Buxton. This article paints a bleak picture, the Leader of HPBC lives on the estate and is also its Labour councillor. The Tory High Peak MP lives just 3 miles away, what is being done for their Gamesley constituency?

It’s sad the estates public services are being run into the ground whilst the council are earmarking in the local plan some of the last green space available to be sold off, with private houses built on it. Area owned by HPBC promised to Gamesley residents to always be used for community amenities, could soon be sold off to private developers to fulfill the housing quota set by DCC.
