A huge congratulations to our colleague Heather, who has successfully completed her three-year Social Work Apprenticeship and achieved her BSc in Social Work! 🎉

Throughout her apprenticeship, Heather has developed her skills, knowledge and understanding of social work, putting what she's learnt into practice to empower and support people across North East Lincolnshire.

Heather said she particularly enjoyed the opportunity to combine academic learning with practical experience, making a real difference to the people she supports.

We're also delighted that Heather has now secured a qualified Social Worker position within our Safeguarding Adults Team!

To celebrate her achievement, Heather was presented with a vase in recognition of her hard work, dedication and commitment over the past three years.
