Weather wise it is very quiet at the Wireless Station today. We are open 12-3pm today.

Cold, blustery day today down on the Lizard, forecast for tomorrow (Thursday) not looking good either with storm Austen heading our way! If you are out and about walking the coastal footpath take care. It's not looking likely that the Station will be open, but you never know! We may open normal time but that is dependant on the weather and also closing early if things get too hairy.

New volunteer starting today. Very friendly with all people and dogs! Pop in to see us! He has dog treats! 😀

Swallows/Sand Martins gathering on the Mast/aerial.5 minutes later they were gone! Where too ? I believe they were getting ready for the long fligbt down too Africa for the wi ter.

It's another hot steamy day at the station.Everywhere is now very dry.Please take care walking the coastal footpath.We are open 12-3 today all the windows and doors are open with a very acceptable cooling breeze blowing through and plenty of fresh water in the bowl for our 4 legged friends.

It is a very hot day here at The Wireless Station. Open until 3pm.
