Apprenticeship Opportunity: Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Little King’s Nursery in Rochester is looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to join their friendly team while working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

If you already have some childcare experience and want to take the next step, this is a great chance to gain a qualification while getting hands-on experience in a supportive nursery.

You’ll be helping to plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS, supporting the day-to-day care of the children, and learning alongside experienced practitioners.

Location: Rochester, Kent, ME1 1TE
Hours: 37.5 per week (days and hours to be discussed)

- today's the day! Access a hiring payment of up to £2,000 for every new, young apprentice you take on.

This is for employees aged 16-24 who’ve joined your business in the last three months and are starting an apprenticeship from today (1 Oct 2026).

The payment, which helps to cover the costs of taking on an eligible apprentice, is on top of existing support including no employer National Insurance contributions and fully funded training for apprentices aged under 25.
