Allendale Community Fire Station and Crew

11/10/2026

Every journey matters and so does every decision you make behind the wheel.

Please remember:
✅ Slow down - speed limits are there to protect everyone
📱 Put your phone away - one distraction is all it takes
🚫 Never drive under the influence - alcohol and drugs cost lives
🧍‍♀️ Look out for vulnerable road users - cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians
💺 Wear your seatbelt - every journey, every time

Your choices can save a life - maybe even your own.

Let’s keep Northumberland’s roads safe for everyone.

🚒 Please park responsibly 🚒

When parking, please think before you leave your vehicle. Narrow streets and blocked access routes can prevent emergency vehicles from reaching people who need help.

A few extra moments to park considerately could make a vital difference in an emergency.

✅ Leave enough space for fire engines and other emergency vehicles to pass
✅ Avoid parking on corners, junctions and narrow roads
✅ Keep access routes clear at all times

Help us keep Northumberland safe by making sure emergency services can get where they're needed, when every second counts.

Training Exercise Tuesday 13 Jan 2026

A quick heads up that we will be conducting a training exercise with our colleagues from Hexham and Haltwhistle at St Cuthberts Chuch, Allendale from around 7:30pm on Tuesday night.

If you see our fire appliances in the area, don’t be alarmed, it’s just a training exercise.

Thank you!
