Just a reminder that we have our Harvest Festival tomorrow at church around 9:15 depending on how long everyone takes to walk and settle!
Donations for Sawtry Foodbank are most welcome and any spare coins, as we are collecting for ‘water aid’ our theme for this year!
We are looking forward to seeing lots of our lovely families! X

This afternoon, Years 5 and 6 took part in a virtual meeting with a member of the Scott Polar Museum (Cambridge), as part of our ‘Climatic regions’ work in Geography. The pupils were told the story of how three explorers travelled through Antarctica back in 1911, with their journey now known as ‘The Worst Journey in the World’ in their search for emperor penguin eggs.

The pupils asked some great questions and really enjoyed the session!

Thank you to everyone who attended today’s fete. It’s so lovely to see everyone! We think at first count we have raised approx £3000 for our wonderful school. It was lovely to have a special visitor from the Magpas bear. Thank you to our brilliant FACES team for all their hard work and our staff who helped run all the stalls.

Our first football fixture of the season was played this afternoon, with our girls’ team playing in a friendly against another local school.

After being 1-0 down at half time, we battled back to win 2-1 - well done girls ⚽️
