Black Watch Fijian Association Reunion Day 2026

Today we gather not only as former soldiers, but as brothers, families, and lifelong friends united by the proud tradition of the Black Watch.

Time may change where life takes us, but it will never erase the friendships, loyalty, and respect forged through shared service. The memories we created together, the challenges we overcame, and the laughter we shared remain a bond that distance and time can never fade.

This reunion is a celebration of our camaraderie—a reminder that once we have stood together, we are forever connected. We honour those who came before us, cherish those who stand beside us today, and welcome the generations who will carry our spirit into the future.

May our friendship continue to grow, our heritage remain strong, and our Black Watch Fijian family always find its way back to one another.

“United by service. Bound by friendship. Together, always.”

Today, the Black Watch Fijians Association held its annual meeting ahead of our Reunion on 1 August 2026.

It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends and families, sharing memories, laughter, and the special bond we all enjoyed during our time serving in the Black Watch. These moments remind us that, although our military service may have ended, the friendships and camaraderie we built continue to bring us together year after year.

We look forward to another memorable reunion tomorrow and to celebrating the enduring spirit of our Black Watch Fijian family.
