A low impact class incorporating evidence-based falls prevention exercises to reduce the risk of falls and feel more confident on your feet! Exercise isn't just about looking and feeling good, it's also about enhancing your quality of life in your later years!

📢📢Swimming Lesson Cancellation📢📢

Tuesday 3 November 2026

Due to the Teaching Pools movable floor receiving its annual service, the following classes are cancelled:
- all Adult & Child classes
- all Preschool classes
- Level 2A 16.30 class only

The Teaching Pool will reopen again at 17.00 for the remainder of the Level 2 classes scheduled.

Women & Girls in Sport Week starts tomorrow!

Our Active Schools team has planned a fantastic programme of FREE sessions for girls across Aberdeenshire next week.

These sessions are designed for girls who would like to try something new, meet new friends and boost their confidence and wellbeing in a fun and supportive environment.

📍 Sessions are taking place in Portlethen, Mearns, Aboyne, Banchory, Fraserburgh, Banff, Deveron, Inverurie and Westhill.

Activities include Netball, Volleyball, Football, Multisport, Teen Gym and more!

Come along, have fun, make new friends and discover a new activity you enjoy.
