🌟 Looking for a safe, welcoming space to relax, connect, and make new friends? 🌟
​Whether you’re managing your mental health, feeling isolated, or just looking for a friendly environment to chat and unwind, Out and About North East CIC is here for you. We are an inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly group open to anyone aged 16+ from all walks of life.
​☕ What your £1.50 entry gets you:
• Unlimited refills on tea, coffee, juice, pop, and snacks!
• A warm, safe, and pressure-free atmosphere.
• Fun, member-led activities: board games, quizzes, movie nights, and group days out.
• Support and signposting to fantastic community resources across South Tyneside.
​📍 Where: Jarrow Mindset building in Jarrow Ellison StreetNE32 3JX check them out to as there are amazing groups in the building too!! Posters are up on the windows. (pop by to see our posters in the window!)
⏰ When:
• Mondays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
