Its our pleasure, Dan - keep up the good work ...

💬 Working with Lake District Radio has been a fantastic experience, and a real help in getting my business off the ground. Having a platform to kickstart my business and raise awareness locally has been invaluable.

The additional support through the station’s extensive social media platforms has been particularly beneficial, helping to increase my visibility and promote my services to a wider audience.

Overall, it’s been a great opportunity to get my business out there, build local recognition and establish a strong foundation for the future. 💬

🍺🎸 Tomorrow on the B**R O'CLOCK SHOW 🎤🍻

Friday 5pm LIVE on Lake District Radio, here's what's coming your way:

🎤 PUB-SING! - inspired by the brilliant new initiative at the Twa Dogs in Keswick. Think Parkrun, but instead of "Park" its "Pub" and instead of "Run" it's "Sing"....we'll belt some out in this show.

💩 UNEXPECTED NUMBER 2s - three chart classics that peaked at number two, and the poor old water company exec that missed out on his £1m bonus 😥😥

🍺 BRITAIN'S BOOZY TOP 20 - Find out which alcoholic drink brand is sitting on the throne in 2026. Will the Crafty Baa's L***r Louse make the charts?

🐶 DOG-FRIENDLY PUB REVIEW - another four-legged pub adventure with our friends at Paws By The Lake, the Ambleside Pet Shop. Because your dog deserves a decent pub lunch too.

📚 PUBS FOR THE PEOPLE - a new book exploring why the British pub matters, from community spirit to culture.

🍻 CAN ANDY BURNHAM SAVE THE GREAT BRITISH PUB? - with hundreds of pubs closing and thousands of jobs at risk, we ask whether the PM can save our beloved boozers.

Plus, new music from UNIIQU3, Twisted Teens, CVC and Girl in Red, alongside old bangers from Oasis, Blur, The Proclaimers and plenty more.

📻 THE B**R O'CLOCK SHOW
🕔 Friday, 5pm
📍 Live on Lake District Radio and in the Crafty Baa, Windermere.

🍺 BANGERS, B**R, BANTER… AND MORE B**R!

Listen in, join the chat, and get ready to sing gloriously out of tune. Cheers! 🍻🎶

As the days shorten and here in the Lakes we have more dark hours than light, tonight’s show is all about light and dark.. It’s a subject close to my heart as I have struggled with the dark days over the years.. I’m trying a few strategies this year that I hope help.. And seeing the Northern lights on Saturday was a treat!! If you have tips on how to enjoy rather than endure the dark please get in touch… And of course, the usual requests and dedications are welcome!! Hope you can tune in!
