Planning an autumn birthday? Here's why families are choosing Lilac Pool

A private pool session makes a proper birthday get-together, whatever age is being celebrated.

🔸 The whole pool booked just for your group, no sharing with anyone else's party
🔸 Heated water, so a grey October day outside makes no difference in it
🔸 Space for the grown-ups to relax with a coffee while the kids do laps
🔸 Easy to fit around school runs, clubs or nap times
🔸 A genuine change from the usual soft play or village hall do

Get in touch and we'll find a slot that suits.

Wednesday. Warm water. Nobody watching the clock.

That's really the whole idea.

An hour that's completely yours, heated water, and nothing to rush back for.
Get it booked.

World Mental Health Day falls this week, and a private swim is as good a way as any to mark it

It's easy to let awareness days pass by unnoticed, tucked in between school runs and everything else October brings. This one's worth pausing for.

A private hour at Lilac Pool isn't a grand gesture. It's heated water, no one else around, and properly switching off for sixty minutes. No phone within reach, no one asking anything of you.

Whether it's for yourself, a friend who could do with it, or an hour booked with someone close, it's a small thing that tends to matter more than it sounds.

Half term is under a month away, and the good slots are already going

It creeps up every year, and this year's no different. Half term is closer than it feels, and the diary's already filling up.

🔸 Heated water whatever the half term weather decides to do
🔸 A proper change of scene from soft play and rainy afternoons on the sofa
🔸 Works for one family or a few booked in together
🔸 Booking now means you get the day and time that actually suits you
🔸 One thing ticked off the list before the week itself gets hectic

Get ahead of it while the choice is still there.

A Wednesday, entirely yours

No one else in the water. No queue. No timetable.

Just heated water and an hour that's yours from start to finish.

Book it in.

October starts this week. The water doesn't mind either way

New month, same story. The mornings are darker, the jumpers are back out, and everyone's settling into the proper rhythm of autumn.

Lilac Pool doesn't change with the calendar though. It's heated, it's private, and it's exactly as inviting on a grey October afternoon as it was in the middle of summer. Nothing outside the door affects what happens once you're in.

If the start of the month has you after something to look forward to, get an hour booked in. No occasion required.

Friday afternoon is exactly the right time to sort your weekend out, so here's why Lilac Pool should be on the list.

🔸 The whole pool to yourselves, no timetable to work around
🔸 Heated water, so a chilly weekend outside makes no difference
🔸 Ideal for a family gathering, a catch-up with friends, or simply switching off
🔸 Slots go quickly once the weekend gets close, so it's worth booking now
🔸 An hour that's genuinely yours from start to finish

Get it booked and give the weekend a proper highlight.

Swimming works muscles across the whole body, is easy on the joints, and leaves most people feeling genuinely better than when they started.

The problem with public pools is that they can take the enjoyment out of it. Busy lanes, chlorine, changing rooms, having to work around other people.

A private pool session at Lilac Pool is different.

You set the pace. There is nobody else in the water. You can do lengths, float about, or just move however you feel like it.

It is not just exercise. It is actually a pleasant way to spend an hour.

If you have not tried it before, book a session and see what you think.

Autumn's arrived. The pool hasn't noticed.

Cooler mornings, shorter days, and the water's still exactly as warm as it was in August.

Book your private hour and let the season change outside, not in the pool.
