And fortunately, we've got rather more than a Bluetooth speaker and someone's questionable Spotify Wrapped lined up. 👀

Lancaster Christmas Market is bringing the music to Lancaster Brewery this November!

Check out the B**r Hall Lineup:

🎺 Friday 6:45pm-8:45pm - Bachufer Blechbläser Oompah Band bringing plenty of brass, energy and probably a bit of mischief.

🎸 Saturday 5pm-7pm - The brilliant The Beets, bringing their live jukebox sets - because why settle for a playlist when you can have a band?

🎤 All weekend: Your Party Host Mark Caudle delivering festive entertainment and music throughout.

And that's alongside all the shopping, street food, drinks and festive goings-on across the weekend.

Whether you're singing along, dancing with a mulled w**e in hand or just enjoying the atmosphere, there's plenty to look forward to.

Christmas shopping is hard work.

All that browsing, choosing presents, carrying bags and pretending you're not buying half of it for yourself.

You're going to need fuel - we've got that covered!

Think slow-roasted hog roast, mouth-watering pulled meat sandwiches, handmade tacos, gyros, smash burgers and freshly cooked wood-fired pizzas. 🍕

And when you need a little break from all that shopping? Find yourself something tasty, grab a drink and soak up the atmosphere.

Because a Christmas Market without proper food is just shopping outside in the cold. And nobody needs that.

Let's be realistic. The dog and cat don't know it's Christmas. But that doesn't stop us buying them presents, filling a stocking and watching them unwrap something they have absolutely no intention of sharing. 🎁

We've all got at least one!

The person who doesn't want anything, doesn't need anything and is no help whatsoever when you ask what they'd like for Christmas.

Fortunately, we've got a few ideas.

Handmade ceramics. Beautiful candles. Handcrafted decorations. Cosy winter accessories. Books, jewellery, personalised gifts and plenty of things you won't find on your average high street.

Our independent traders are bringing all sorts of lovely things to Lancaster Christmas Market this November.

Thoughtful gifts, unusual finds and hopefully something for that one person who's been impossible to buy for since 2007.

And if you accidentally buy yourself something along the way? Well, Christmas is about giving. Nobody said who to. 👀

The food!

We're talking proper Lancashire cheese, handmade chutneys, infused honeys, artisan fudge, chocolates, hot sauces and all sorts of delicious things you probably won't manage to keep until Christmas.

We've got some fantastic independent food producers joining us at Lancaster Christmas Market this November, bringing plenty of inspiration for festive cheeseboards, Christmas hampers, stocking fillers and your own kitchen cupboards.

And yes, buying yourself a little something while Christmas shopping for everyone else is perfectly acceptable. Encouraged, even. 👀

A few gaps left to fill… 👀

Our Lancaster Christmas Market 2026 line-up is taking shape – and we've already got a brilliant mix of independent makers, producers and food businesses joining us.

But we're not quite finished.

There are a few things we'd particularly love to add to this year's Market:

We've always carefully curated the Market so we can bring together a varied mix of traders without filling it with stalls all selling the same thing. At this stage, we're particularly interested in businesses bringing something we don't already have represented.

🎶 CALLING LANCASTER’S CHOIRS! 🎄

We found this little gem while digging through the Lancaster Christmas Market archives... ❤️

Way back in the early days of the market in 2013, local choirs were already helping to provide the soundtrack to Christmas at Lancaster Brewery – and we'd love to fill the market with local voices again this year.

So, we're looking for choirs and singing groups who'd like to join us and perform at Lancaster Christmas Market 2026.

School choir? Community choir? Musical theatre group? Workplace singers? A group of friends who simply love performing together at Christmas?

We'd love to hear from you. 🎶

We're putting together our entertainment programme across the weekend and will have a number of performance slots available on:

🎄 Saturday 28th November
🎄 Sunday 29th November

Performances will be part of the wider Christmas Market event at Lancaster Brewery, surrounded by independent makers, producers, festive food and drink, entertainment and plenty of Christmas atmosphere.

A little note - we’re inviting local groups to join us on a voluntary basis, so performance slots aren't paid. However, you're very welcome to collect donations for your choir, group or chosen charity while you're with us.

If your group would be interested in taking part, email [email protected] with a little bit about you, approximate group size and which day(s) you may be available.
