Clos Hugden Development.

For those who may be interested, in October 2025 Stephen Kirkwood/Sancler 3 lodged a formal appeal against Carmarthenshire CC's decision to reject his application to remove the provision of 13 affordable homes on the Clos Hugden development and a contribution of £26,000 towards local education costs.

The appeal has now been scheduled for review by the Planning Inspectorate and comments are invited.

hi, not sure who to contact, but whilst on a walk from the church today, we saw a ewe on its back looked stuck and her lamb was beside her, in the field on the left of the lane with a small caravan site behind. hoping someone on here would know who the farmer is.
