🚧 Leyland Town Deal update!

There’s exciting progress on site as work continues on the new Northworks building—with the steel frame now taking shape 👷‍♂️🏗️

This mixed-use commercial space will sit alongside another yet-to-be-named commercial use building and the newly refurbished Leyland Market, all coming together to create a vibrant new civic square at the heart of the town.

And that’s not all… 🏡

Just around the corner on Quin Street, 22 council-run affordable homes for local people are nearing completion, with applications opening very soon.
