✖️ All that silence does is protect those who abuse our children. All it does is allow them to continue to ruin children’s lives and get away with it. We need to use our voices to expose child abusers, rapists, human traffickers, satanic ritual abusers, etc, and shine the light on their darkness. I know it isn’t easy, and trust me I’m speaking from personal experience, but the more people speak out about their experiences the more people will discover that this is happening more often than they realise. When people know what to look out for it makes it easier to report abuse/exploitation and to get the victims the help that they need.

Convicted p**dophile jailed for possessing thousands of ab*sive images

✖️ Gary McVeigh, of Delamere Street, appeared at Chester Crown Court where he was sentenced to 14 months in prison. The 48 year old had previously pleaded guilty to possession of an indecent image of a child, possession of a prohibited image of a child, possession of extremely abusive images and three counts of making indecent images of children. The court heard how on 21 May 2025, officers attended McVeigh’s address as part of the routine checks made to monitor registered s*x offenders.

✖️ During the visit, officers discovered a mobile phone, a laptop, a USB stick and an SSD memory card. After checking the content of the devices, officers discovered a number of indecent images. During further checks officers recovered more than 12,950 indecent images of children. There was also evidence showing that McVeigh had distributed more than 120,000 images to other p**dophiles.

Monster who abused 3 schoolgirls pleads: “It’s not right”

✖️ A judge blasted a pa******le who continuously shook his head as she jailed him for historic s*x offences. Graham Tardif, 78, has been convicted three offences of indecent assault of a girl under 14; indecent assault of a girl under 16, s*xual assault of a girl by touching and four offences of s*xual assault of a girl under 13 by pe*******on. Manchester Crown Court that Tardif, of Oldham, had abused the three girls over a 20 year period dating back to the late 1990s. The victims cannot be identified for legal reasons.

✖️ Reading from her victim personal statement, one of the victims said: “I am on edge constantly. I have constant flashbacks of what happened to me at the hands of him. I was a child when the abuse started, I had my innocence taken away from me. Every single day is a struggle. I was a victim. I was a warrior and I have had to get to get this far. But now I am a survivor.”

✖️ The other woman had been s*xually abused by Tardif as a girl. In a statement, read by prosecutor Tobias Collins, she said she struggled to trust people and struggled to express her emotions as a result. After Tardif appeared at the magistrates court, another woman reported similar abuse she had suffered at his hands as a child. “You took advantage of small hearts and manipulated them,” she said. “I don’t feel sorry for you, I pity you.”

This was the day that these 4 beautiful lives were taken from this earth, by the man that should have protected and loved them. I will never get over how someone could do this to their own wife, let alone their own children and unborn child. This story will stay with me forever and I will never forget their names or their beautiful faces. The only thing that brings me the slightest bit of comfort is knowing that they’re together forever now.

I want to send all my love, strength and prayers to the families who are missing these beautiful souls. May they never be forgotten.

Rest in peace Shannan, Bella, Cece and baby Niko.

Grandmother sentenced after shooting her 5 month old granddaughter in the face

✖️ An Ohio grandmother, who admitted to shooting her 5-month-old granddaughter in the face, was sentenced Tuesday 29th October, to 9-12 years in prison. Mia Harris pleaded guilty to felonious assault charges in early October. Police were called to a townhouse in Liberty Township for a report of “an infant being shot” around 1:50 a.m. on 9th December 2023, according to a Butler County Sheriff press release. At the scene, officers found the infant suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was taken to UC West Chester Hospital where she was listed in critical condition. After the shooting, authorities said, Harris fled the area and was later arrested without incident, according to the release. “Mia Harris, the grandmother of the child, was identified by witnesses as the shooter,” the release said. “During the incident Harris shot at several family members before intentionally shooting the child.”

✖️ According to a criminal complaint obtained, Harris broke down “a locked bedroom door, after firing a handgun through the bedroom door multiple times.” Harris “then shot her granddaughter in the head at close range while laying on the bed,” according to the report. Destiny said her daughter, who spent 65 days in the hospital, will have seizures and special needs for the rest of her life. “What you did will never go away,” Destiny Buffington, the child’s mother and Harris’ daughter-in-law, said during sentencing. “She will never have a grandma again. You took that from her. You took me having a mother-in-law. You took everything away from me...I had to plead for my life, and then you shot my daughter in front of me. That will never go away, and I stand here today 10 times stronger than the woman I was a year ago.”
