New Report ID RFT000359 A witness watched this fly tipping happen and also took the van registration, this has been reported to the council, the ward officer and street scene.

Fly tipping happened at New Road Court Oak Leigh L13.

🚨🚨 update: Merseyside Police, has confirmed no one was shot and the property is not a HMO. The location of the incident was also incorrect. Below are the details from police:

We were contacted on the evening of Wednesday 22 October following concern for the safety of a male

Officers traced the male to a property on Balmoral Road in Fairfield and he was taken to a place of safety.

Following enquiries we arrested three men.

Adrian Mucha, 19, of no fixed abode, has been charged with blackmail. He was remanded into custody to appear in court on Saturday 24 October.

A 60-year-old man and a 36-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment, have both been bailed pending further enquiries.

The following statement is incorrect:

WE MADE THIS HAPPEN: REFORM UK KNOWSLEY

Once again, Reform UK Knowsley raised an issue that matters to our communities.

Our Councillor, Josh Culley, brought forward the Article 4 motion to strengthen controls on HMOs across the borough, including a borough-wide Article 4 Direction and an additional HMO licensing scheme. The motion was approved on 14 October.

Let’s be clear about how this happened: Reform Knowsley put this motion forward. We raised the issue, made the case and secured the council’s support. The council may now talk about delivering it, but this was Reform Knowsley’s motion. Please Labour Knowsley don’t rewrite the story or claim the credit for work you didn’t initiate, they actually write it like they delivered it and we supported it, this would never happened if it not been for Reform Knowsley.

This is a first step towards protecting family housing and helping make our neighbourhoods safer and better managed. Reform Knowsley will keep pushing for the council to follow through.

Once again, we’re breaking through the barriers and working to fix a broken Knowsley, one step at a time.
