The regiment and the band are proud to celebrate 20 years of The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment with a special anniversary event in Preston on 4th July 2026.
Join the regiment for a ceremonial parade (led by ourselves), through the city centre, followed by a families day at Fulwood Barracks.
This is a chance to meet the regiments soldiers and our reserve army musicians, explore military equipment and celebrate alongside the community that has supported us over the past two decades.
There will be a DJ, our regimental band will be performing, entertainment from the regiments Fijian Choir plus FREE FAIRGROUND RIDES FOR ALL!

Today The Director of Music, The Bandmaster and The Band Permanent Staff Instructor attend the final recital of one of our newest members of the band.
Musician Charlie C performed an interesting and technically challenging programme of music to an appreciative audience at The Tung Theatre, Liverpool.
His choice of music was not only a treat musically but visually creative, with an effective use of lighting.
Many congratulations from all members of the band.
To follow in Charlieās footsteps in joining our band, please email [email protected] for more information.
