The Opening Doors Charity

Founded in September 2016, with the aim to provide activities and services to families and reduce social exclusion. The Project has developed and gone from strength to strength and continues to thrive. All our activities and services have been delivered and continue as our project is people led and fulfils the needs of the community.

Within the past 3 years we have promoted positive mental health with families by delivering a timetable of activities for all the family. Day trips are organised throughout the year and are very popular with the community. Our projects raises the aspirations and self confidence of many and will continue to advocate the “Every Family Matters” ethos throughout all our work.

We are delighted to have achieved our charity status this year and will grow and develop furthermore.
