In a bold and resounding declaration of loyalty and support, the U3 Crusaders For Good Governance Nigeria/ Scotland of the All Progressives Congress (APC), comprising Elders, Leaders, Women and committed party faithfuls and grassroots mobilizers across Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency, at Oil City Hotels, Ughelli today unanimously passed a strong vote of confidence on the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the ever performing Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori.

At a well-attended strategic meeting marked by unity, purpose, and renewed political vigor, the group commended President Tinubu for his courageous reforms and unwavering commitment to repositioning Nigeria’s economy and governance structure. They described his leadership as bold, people-centered, and necessary for the long-term prosperity and stability of the nation, noting that his policies, though demanding, are already laying the foundation for a stronger and more resilient Nigeria.

The Crusaders equally lauded Governor Oborevwori for his remarkable strides in infrastructure development, human capital advancement, and inclusive governance across Delta State. They emphasized that the Governor’s MORE Agenda continues to deliver tangible dividends of democracy, touching lives across communities and fostering unity and growth.

Rising from the meeting, the U3 Crusaders made a passionate and strategic call for the emergence of Rt Hon. Solomon Ahwinahwi as the next representative of Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives.
The group described Hon. Ahwinahwi as a seasoned leader, a tested grassroots politician, and a man with the capacity, experience, and political will to effectively articulate and defend the interests of the people at the National Assembly.

Key Speakers who gave speech at the event were;
Barr Monday Karo Emuvuakpor Esq. Who describes Rt Hon Solomon Awhinawhi as a committed leader, with an inbuilt reputation for integrity, dedication and result driven service, Hon Awhinawhi has consistently worked to improve Communities, empower Individuals, and improve the livelihood of the people of the U3 federal Constituency.

Barr Emuvuakpor posited that He has not seen "any Fish" as big as Rt Hon Awhinawhi in the stream that wants to contest for the house if representatives, hence all stakeholders and party faithful of the APC should agree that Hon Awhinawhi goes back to the house of Representatives.

Also speaking at the event, a Statesman and Elder of the U3, Chief Prince Macaulay Safe describes Rt Hon Awhinawhi as a Man of the people who feels the pains of his brothers and sisters, Chief Dafe Former Vice Chairman Ughelli South LGA emphasized that the people of U3 are suffering and going through a lot so the urgent need for a capable Man in the person of Rt Hon Solomon Awhinawhi to rescue them by contesting in the house of Representatives.

Chief Mrs Mercy Alakis Awhana, a one time Councillor in Ughelli South and currently the GM, Delta Queens Football Club Asaba, in her speech stated that the U3 Crusaders For Good Governance Nigeria/SCOTLAND was a baby birthed by Lolo Angela Ejiro Nduka (the younger sister of Hon Solomon Awhinawhi) as a result of her endearing beliefs on her brother as a worthy candidate for the house of Representatives; Awhana Admonishes all party faithfuls of the U3 to be positive and support Awhinawhi wholeheartedly to get the seat of the house of Representatives.

Chief G. O. Ishere in his speech admonishing Rt Hon Solomon Awhinawhi for his return to the Senate emphasized that Hon Awhinawhi is a Man with wealth of experience, proven capacity, sound knowledge of governance who remains an infallible asset that the people can't afford to overlook at this crucial time as the people needs him more than ever before.

Going further, He stated that leadership is not defined by perfection but by growth, resilience and the ability to learn from past challenges as mistakes of yesterday prepares one for greater roles of today to return even more stronger, wiser and more effective.

Two-time member of the House of Representatives, Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, as he marks his 47th birthday.

In a press statement issued on Wednesday, Hon. Ahwinahwi thanked God for His grace, blessings and good health upon the Speaker’s life.

Describing Rt. Hon. Guwor as a younger brother and close friend, Ahwinahwi noted that through humility and sharp intellect, the Speaker has continued to build on the very solid foundation laid by his predecessor, His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State.

He said Rt. Hon. Guwor has successfully piloted the affairs of the Delta State House of Assembly, regarded as one of the most vibrant in Nigeria, with focus, humility and a people-first approach.

The U3 Crusaders for Ahwinahwi/ U3 Crusaders for Good Governance with both Nigeria and Scotland Chapters once again demonstrated their growing grassroots strength and political cohesion as they turned out in full force at the traditional marriage ceremony of Miss Ogheneochuko Stephanie Ejoh and Mr. Oghenerume Emmanuel Oviri, held at Oha Town in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State.

Mr. Oghenerume Emmanuel Oviri is the son of Olorogun Okiemute Oviri Okwagbe, JP, a prominent APC leader and grassroots mobilizer in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Executive Assistant (EA) on Special Duties and Community Development to the Governor of Delta State and a Board member of the group. His longstanding role in grassroots mobilization and community development was evident in the calibre of personalities present at the occasion. The well-orchestrated event attracted key political and business stakeholders across Delta State, reinforcing unity, continuity, and inclusive leadership.

The ceremony attracted top government officials, with the Delta State Governor highly represented. Also in attendance were the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. A former two-term member of the House of Representatives for Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency, Hon. Solomon Ahwinahwi, has extended a warm welcome to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, ahead of the epoch-making groundbreaking ceremony of the Otovwodo Flyover Project in Ughelli.

In his welcome message, Hon. Ahwinahwi stated that all is now set for a successful groundbreaking of the flyover project at Otovwodo Junction, Ughelli, Delta State.

He expressed profound gratitude to Gov Oborevwori for the project, describing it as a political masterstroke that has won the hearts of Deltans, particularly the people of the great and ancient Ughelli Kingdom.

The former federal lawmaker highlighted the numerous benefits of the project, noting that it will eliminate traffic congestion, significantly reduce man-hour lost on the busy route and enhance productivity, stressing that time is money.

Hon. Ahwinahwi further noted that the flyover will improve the aesthetic outlook of Ughelli town while stimulating economic growth and commercial activities in the area.
