🌳🍵🍦 On Friday, before lunch, our residents enjoyed some relaxing time in the shade, making the most of the pleasant atmosphere and each other’s company 🌷🍵

They enjoyed tea and other refreshing drinks, shared conversations, and finished with a sweet treat — delicious ice cream. A lovely way to spend part of the day together and create happy moments.

🍪 Yesterday, the residents at Kenwood Care Home enjoyed baking chocolate chip and coconut cake together. The cake turned out absolutely delicious, and everyone was very engaged and happy throughout the activity! 🍪

🌸🌿 We’ve officially kicked off the gardening season at Kenwood Care Home! 🌸🌿

💚 Our residents and team have started brightening up the garden by planting beautiful flowers, all while making the most of the lovely sunny weather. It’s been a wonderful way to spend time outdoors together and bring new life to our space.

Gardening offers so many benefits – from boosting mood and reducing stress to encouraging gentle physical activity and creating a sense of purpose and achievement. 💚

🌿🎨 Yesterday, in celebration of World Art Day, we spent a creative and inspiring time at Kenwood Care Home. We prepared drawings inspired by the theme “A Garden of Expression: Cultivating Community Through Art,” and based on a short discussion about the meaning of “home,” we created a poster. It was a wonderful opportunity to share creativity, connect, and express ourselves through art 🌿🎨
