Today we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Here I share one story for this day.

This is Leon he belongs to one of our lodges and reminds us that not all disabilities are visible. He lives with a learning disability, autism, and Tourette’s Syndrome, yet his abilities shine even brighter.

Leon is full of life. He is sociable, kind, passionate about music, plays guitar, sings karaoke, enjoys board games, and speaks both English and Arabic.

Most disabilities aren’t immediately apparent, which is why awareness matters. It helps dispel myths, build empathy, and ensure people with non-visible conditions receive the support they deserve without judgment.

At Venus Healthcare, raising this awareness is our priority because everyone deserves A Space to Shine.🌟
