Does your organisation want to join VALOUR?

Funding is available for organisations to deliver in-person advice for veterans on health, housing, employment, wellbeing and more.

We're holding an online info session at 10.30am on Thursday 28 May, all about how to apply for grants of up to £1m to join the new network of VALOUR-recognised centres.

Interested? Go to www.gov.uk/guidance/valour-information-and-next-steps to find a link to the session.

Today marks 15 years since the end of Operation TELIC in Iraq.

From 2003 to 2011, UK Armed Forces personnel served under extreme conditions to stabilise the region and support local communities.

We remember the 179 British personnel who lost their lives and the thousands who were wounded.

Later today, veterans and their families will gather at the National Memorial Arboretum to honour their sacrifice.
