Gaza continues to experience a multidimensional humanitarian crisis marked by:

High levels of civilian casualties, including women and children,
Restrictions on access to essential services, medical care, and humanitarian relief,
Large-scale displacement and the destruction of civilian infrastructure,
Long-standing constraints on movement, commerce, and reconstruction.

International monitoring bodies—including UN agencies, humanitarian NGOs, and independent experts—have repeatedly raised concerns that the scale of civilian harm and the conditions imposed on the population may be inconsistent with the obligations established under IHL and international human rights law.

The protracted conflict affecting Palestinians in Gaza represents one of the most enduring and consequential challenges to contemporary international governance. The situation brings into sharp focus the obligations of states and multilateral institutions to uphold international humanitarian law (IHL), human rights treaties, UN resolutions, and the foundational principles of the global governance system.

This chapter outlines the humanitarian realities on the ground, the legal frameworks that regulate the conduct of states during armed conflict, and the responsibilities of the international community to prevent violations, protect civilian populations, and ensure accountability.

✨ One God. Many Prophets. One Message: Peace. ✨
📖 Qur’an:
“We make no distinction between any of His messengers.” (2:285)
“There is no compulsion in religion.” (2:256)
✝️ Bible:
“Blessed are the peacemakers.” (Matthew 5:9)
“If possible… live peaceably with all.” (Romans 12:18)
✡️ Torah:
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Leviticus 19:18)
“Let there be no strife between you and me.” (Genesis 13:8)
🌍 Across all Abrahamic faiths, the call is the same:
Honor all prophets.
Respect diversity.
Live in peace.
🤲 True faith is incomplete if we accept one prophet and reject the others.
Insecurity and rivalry breed only chaos and war—
but God’s message through His messengers has always been peace.

🌍✨ Shifting the Paradigm of Power
At International Governance, we believe global leadership must evolve beyond political interests, toward something higher: justice, truth, and divine wisdom.

🕊️ The world deserves more than broken institutions and corrupt alliances.
It’s time for a new era — where governance is accountable to the Creator, not elite agendas.

🔁 Join the movement to reimagine leadership, rooted in:
✔️ Unshakeable justice
✔️ Spiritual clarity
✔️ Unity beyond borders

📖 Inspired by the prophetic vision of divinely guided governance — not ruled by force, but led by truth.

“Stand Against Injustice.”
From Karbala to Courtrooms, the cry is the same.
In 680 AD, Hussain ibn Ali stood against a corrupt regime, refusing to bow to falsehood — even at the cost of his life.
In modern times, people like Barry George suffer in silence — victims of injustice, falsely accused, wrongfully imprisoned.
The lesson from Karbala is eternal:
✊ Never stay silent in the face of injustice.
🕊️ Defend the voiceless.
🧕🏽 Uphold truth even when you stand alone.
💔 Barry George lost 8 years of his life.
💡 Hussain gave his life to teach us how to live with dignity.
📣 In every era, Yazid wears a new face. Will you be Hussain’s follower, or a silent witness?

While international legal scholars stress upon the notion of extradition to focus upon territory and integrity, IG realises its broader application to look upon the contemporary issues such as that of protection.

Normally, individuals are granted protection upon fear of persecution, but tales of violence have been recorded in instances where people are refused the right to be granted protection, and hence the liability rests upon h shoulders of participating states.

Very little has been established in this regard, and we share our responsibility with other organisation to work in this regard.

Chapter: Humanitarianism

International Governance proposes a well founded interest in working against human rights violations.

While the United Nations works in favour of human rights as well, IG will highlight in its endeavours, that abusing certain peoples’ rights while protecting the rights of others, will not be the norm of the coming days, if we are to live peacefully.

Chapter: Palestine

We demand the existing nation states to abide by international norms and principles of protection of a state’s sovereignty.

Gaza, an independent nation state, is being bombed by Israel and is a matter of international security. While the US openly backs and funds Israel to inflict further violence on Palestinians, innocent lives are lost in the process.

We call upon all individual nation states to act in favour of Palestine’s protection against mass violations of human rights by the state of Israel.

Chapter: Liberalism

Out of all necessity, international relations is a positive sum game.

Our framework rests upon the founding principles of liberalism proposed by John Locke, where individual freedom gets projected into national freedom.

In times of crisis, nation states will be more likely to cooperate than to conflict, since wars are costly.

Chapter: Pakistan

Terrorism in Pakistan has seen a recent upsurge.

We reject any policies that result in the advent of terrorist activities in any part of the world.

Terrorism affects people's lives who bear the losses, and their future generations get destroyed.

Thus, our governance structures will incorporate destruction of terrorist groups in all parts of the world, since 'peace' is most dear to our agenda, and at all costs.

Chapter: Pakistan

We demand immediate elections for the national assembly in the country.

Pakistan is a sovereign state, but is always kept from celebrating fully autonomous decision making.

Yes, we owe United States billions of dollars in debt. But the only way we can help ourselves out of indebtedness, is through means of full independence.

The current government under Shehbaz Sharif, is proven to be made up of corrupt individuals for whom the country's well-being is perhaps too low of a cause to fight for.

Hence, we call upon international organisations to stand with us in this pursuit of helping Pakistan regain its independence by the means of early elections.
