A joyful day at our cooking session with Bread & Butter ๐Ÿณโœจ

We whipped up a delicious stir fry, cooled off with summer milkshakes, and finished on a sweet note with meringues and fresh berries ๐Ÿ“

Along the way, we picked up some great kitchen hacksโ€”like how to regrow a spring onion and try out new chopping styles ๐Ÿ”ช๐ŸŒฑ

Smiles all around and definitely some full bellies as everyone headed home with their tasty creations ๐Ÿ’›

Big thank you to the amazing team at Bread & Butter for such a fun and inspiring session!

๐ŸŽฌ Our Sing Out Choir performed their Film Soundtracks concert yesterday. And what a performance it was, with features from James Bond, Mary Poppins, and Fame!

๐Ÿค—We would like to thank everyone for their support and generosity to One-To-One, and give a special mention to Enfield Chase Rotary Club for their kindness and continued generosity towards our charity!

๐Ÿ‘We would also like to give a big shout out to the wonderful group of volunteers who provided delightful refreshments, and Music Therapy Tree Camilla for all her hard work in putting the concert together.

๐Ÿ™ŒIt was so brilliant to see so many wonderful faces of friends, families and carers in the audience, including Enfieldโ€™s deputy lord lieutenant, Ann Cable MBE; we appreciate all that you do and for cheering us on!

Our fantastic art group met last week for our weekly creative sessions. We did a mix of flower arranging, made easter themed wreaths and did some jewellery designs using resin! Our members are doing an excellent job at expanding their creative skills. Thank you to our friends Aldhelms church for the lovely space!

We had a brilliant time last week performing at the local primary school. The Sing Out Choir gave a sneak preview of some of the songs we will be singing in our choir performance today. Thank you to Music Therapy Tree and @ St Pauls Primary School for your support!

We had a great time making a carrot, potato, and lentil soup as well as a delicious carrot and coriander soup and toasted pesto and mozzarella wraps, at our cookery session yesterday.

Our members have been refining their culinary skills, and becoming confident in the kitchen. We are expanding our knowledge on nutrition and food and love these sessions. Thank you to our partners at !

What a joy it was for our Sing Out Choir to perform at the 20th anniversary celebration of Enfield Chase Rotary Club and their Charter.

Sharing our songs with guests at such a special milestone was an honour. The encouragement from The Mayor of Enfield, Rotarians and visitors, and the sense of community spirit made it a morning we wonโ€™t forget.

One-to-One Enfield is proud to work alongside organisations that champion inclusion and local causes. Congratulations on 20 years of service โ€” and thank you for letting us be part of your celebration!
