Offering my voice, in that Paradise antechamber that is the archaeological park of the Colosseum, as a modest contribution to the concert that celebrated the recurrence of the Patron of the Polizia di Stato, Saint Michael Arcangelo, was a great honor and a pleasant duty. Duty, since everyone in his own area I believe he is called to give live testimony, on every occasion, of those values which he has pointed out by Prefect Lamberto Giannini, from the same stage: culture of proximity, legality, security, justice, solidarity.
Moreover, already knowing and appreciating the State Police Musical Band, it has been a joy for me not only from a civic and moral point of view, but also on the exquisitely artistic side, to share similar values in music, where every stone suggests us the depth of our history and our roots.
