A seminar is held in Nottingham UK by newly elected body of JKLF Nottingham in order to pay tribute to Father of Nation, Shaheed e Kashmir Maqbool bhat and to show solidarity with his successor in tihar jail Chairman Yasin Malik. In Seminar various speakers paid tribute to Quaid and remember his great sacrifice for the nation.

جموں کشمیر لبریشن فرنٹ نے آج 27 اکتوبر یوم سیاہ کے موقع راولپنڈی پریس کلب کے باہر ایک علامتی احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا جس کی قیادت پارٹی کے وائس چیئرمین سلیم ہارون نے کی۔

احتجاجی مظاہرے میں پارٹی کے دیگر مرکزی، زونل و مقامی ذمہ داران بالخصوص مرکزی ڈپٹی سیکریٹری جنرل جاوید حنیف، مرکزی ڈپٹی چیف آرگنائزر، سابق مرکزی وائس چیئرمین عبد الشکور عابد گلگتی، سابق زونل نائب صدر سردار محمد افضل بیگ، زونل ترجمان طارق ندیم درانی، سابق زونل جنرل سیکریٹری سلیم بٹ، عنصر شریف جنرل سیکریٹری راولپنڈی / اسلام آباد ڈویژن، کے علاوہ کشمیری کمیونٹی سے وابستہ افراد شیخ محمد یوسف، پروفیسر عطاءاللہ دینپوری، عطاءاللہ کشمیری، عبد الماجد، منظور احمد، محمد ہارون اور محمد عرفان شریک رہے۔

مظاہرین ریاست جموں کشمیر کی آزادی و یاسین ملک سمیت جملہ اسیران کی رہائی کے حق میں اور بھارتی ریاستی دہشت گردی کے خلاف نعرے بازی کرتے رہے۔

احتجاجی مظاہرے سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے بھارتی مقبوضہ علاقعہ میں گذشتہ تین دہائیوں سے زیادہ عرصے سے جاری ریاستی دہشت گردی کی پرزور الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے ریاست جموں کشمیر کی قومی آزادی اور یاسین ملک سمیت بھارتی قید خانوں میں نظربند جملہ اسیران وطن کی غیر مشروط اور فوری رہائی کا مطالبہ دہرایا۔

اس موقع پر وائس چیئرمین سلیم ہارون نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ تحریک آزادئ جموں کشمیر کے لئے اب تک کی دی جانے والی بے مثال قربانیوں اور حریت پسند ریاستی عوام کی جہد مسلسل کے طفیل دیر یا سویر ہر صورت یہ قوم اپنی آزادی جیسی حتمی منزل سے ہمکنار ہوگی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ انصاف پر مبنی تحریک آزادی کے لئے بابائے قوم شہید محمد مقبول بٹ، قائد تحریک امان اللہ خان مرحوم اور اشفاق مجید وانی شہید سے لیکر ایک عام کشمیری حریت پسند تک قوم نے ہر سطح پر قربانیاں پیش کیں جنہیں کسی صورت رائیگان نہیں ہونے دیا جائیگا گا۔

مقررین نے قائد انقلاب و محبوس چیئرمین لبریشن فرنٹ محمد یاسین ملک کا خصوصی ذکر کرتے ہوئے اسیران وطن کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا، جو بھارتی عقوبتخانوں میں مصائب و مشکلات جھیل رہے ہیں۔ اسیران کی استقامت کو سلام عقیدت پیش کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے بھارت سے ان کی غیر مشروط اور فوری رہائی کا مطالبہ کیا۔

مقررین نے اس موقع پر بین الاقوامی برادری بالخصوص انسانی حقوق کے عالمی اداروں سے مسئلہ کشمیر کے فوری، منصفانہ اور مستقل حل اور یاسین ملک جیسے کشمیری عوام کے ہردلعزیز قومی سیاسی رہنما کی قیمتی جان بچانے کے لئے مداخلت کی اپیل کی، جنہیں بھارت فرضی، من گھڑت اور سیاسی عناد پر دائر مقدمات کی پاداش میں اپنی کینگرو کورٹز کے زریعے پھانسی کی سزا دلوانے پر تلی ہوئی ہے۔

Seminar in Brussels Highlights Impact of India’s Death Penalty Demand for Yasin Malik on Peace in Kashmir

Brussels, Belgium — Under the auspices of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Diplomatic Bureau, and in collaboration with the JKLF Europe Zone, a seminar titled “The Sentencing of Yasin Malik — India’s Pursuit of the Death Penalty and Its Impact on the Peaceful Resolution of Kashmir” was held in Brussels, the capital of Europe.

The event brought together scholars, diplomats, and community representatives to discuss the latest developments in Yasin Malik’s case, the Indian government’s push for the death penalty, and the broader implications of these actions on prospects for peace in Kashmir. Participants examined the historical and political dimensions of Malik’s struggle, as well as the regional and international diplomatic consequences of India’s current stance.

Key speakers included Mr. Frank Schwalba-Hoth (former Member of the European Parliament), Prof. Zafar Khan (Head, JKLF Diplomatic Bureau), Sabir Gul (Chief Organiser, JKLF), Zaheer Zahid (President, JKLF Europe Zone), Dr. Ishtiaq Khaliq, Komal Raja (poet and social activist), Dr. Rashid Kazmi, Jameel Ashraf, Zahid Khan (General Secretary, Europe Zone), Shaid Khan, Atif Baloch, and Khalid Joshi. Senior JKLF leaders including Dr. Ishtiaq, Sardar Naseer, and Javed Hayat also shared their views.

The speakers collectively emphasized that India’s attempt to impose the death penalty on Yasin Malik is not just an attack on one individual but on the broader democratic and peaceful struggle of the Kashmiri people. They urged the international community, particularly European policymakers, to intervene and support a just and peaceful resolution to the Kashmir dispute.
