Under Israeli air strikes, and the cutting of electricity and water, Gaza is now a living hell on earth. Whole neighbourhoods have been turned to rubble, and the death-toll grows day by day. The Zionist ruling class of Israel, who call Palestinians "animals", are committed to a brutal crackdown "like never before". But Palestinians have faced endless horror, under the boot of Israeli oppression, since the brutal ethnic cleansing programme of the Nakba some 75 years ago.

We reject the hypocrisy of the british establishment and billionaire's media!

We reject the imperialist 'diplomatic' meddling such as the Oslo accords which have utterly failed.

And we reject the reformist preaching of deference to UN 'peacekeeping', and utopian 'solutions' which will only ensure the continuation of Palestinian oppression.

Greenwich comrades visited the St Mungo's picket line at Hither Green this morning to show our solidarity. They're out on strike for the next four weeks!! This is a bold example for all charity workers!

We heard from striking workers that low pay & high workloads are leading to burnout in the charity sector, at a time when the vital services they provide are needed more than ever.

Charity bosses hide behind the friendly face and 'non-profit' status, but they're unleashing brutal attacks on workers.

At St Mungo's, front-line workers' pay has fallen by 25% in the last decade, but senior management's has gone up by 350%!!

As an article published in last September explained, there is a crisis looming in the charity sector. Charities are plugging the gaps in a society torn apart by the crisis of capitalism. But as the gaps widen into gaping holes, this can't go on.

Why should the working class pay to patch up this rotten system? Why should billionaires hoard empty houses while so many are homeless? Let's overthrow the lot!

We had a great day in Lewisham today, starting with a political discussion and coffee/tea at our local spot, followed by a very successful paper sale. The sun was shining, and we had some great conversations with people interested in socialism and getting involved!

This week a fire broke out in a 3 bedroom flat in Shadwell. 18 people lived there. It's a miracle nobody was killed. This is not an exception. Fires from unsafe cladding, mouldy and damp houses, and overcrowding have affected thousands of people. Life expectancy has flatlined, and actually declined in six of the last twelve years. Capitalism is literally killing us.

Many more of us can simply no longer afford to eat, heat, or make ends meet. 2.5 million people are behind on their rent, and similar numbers are behind on bills.

This is Britain today. One of the richest countries in the world. There is an abundance of wealth for the capitalist class; the landlords, bosses, bankers, and their billionaire PM. But for the rest of us it's rising rent, rising inflation, rising bills, and falling wages.

But the so-called 'opposition', the right-wing of the Labour party and the unions, defend this rotten system.

The recent strike wave has shown the way. Let's go further. We need to transform the unions, to build fighting organisations and a militant working class leadership. We need to fight for socialism in our lifetime. And we need you to help us do it! Join us today!
