⚠️ Urgent boiler recall issued due to carbon monoxide risks

An important safety alert has been issued for the Viessmann Vitorondens 200‑T and 222‑F oil condensing boilers, after testing showed that some 2021–2023 units may ignite late, causing pressure damage and potentially leaking carbon monoxide - a colourless, odourless gas that can be deadly.

The Office for Product Safety and Standards has classified the risk as high, urging anyone with these models to take action immediately.

Carbon monoxide leaks can happen without any warning, which is why it’s so important to stay informed, check your appliances, and ensure you have working CO alarms in place.

Even a small fault can lead to a dangerous situation.
