Facebook and many others it would seem struggle with what we offer. It’s free online help and advice for genuine fathers. We are proud of our long association in doing this and working against those who facilitate and accommodate child abuse through parental alienation. That is to use a child as a tool and or weapon rather than consider the real best interests of the child to have relationship with all their family not just half of it! We do not make money from this so if Facebook close this , the Police or Cafcass object to it then what does that tell you about their attitudes to children....!

During the battle , which can feel like a war at times, as you engage with family courts and all it’s accomplices, there is no harm in taking time out. You need to look after you , especially if it’s a long journey as you engage with such bias and incompetent “services”. This can allow you to come back stronger and more focused than ever before. We salute all true Dads that have battled against all the odds for their children regardless of the outcome. 👏

We probably need to be clearer on our three bits of advice we always offer , regardless of the situation regarding access, information on your child at school, or working together as parents.
It remains... do not use a solicitor, never use a solicitor and dont use a solicitor.

Our belief remains that a child has the right to a meaningful relationship with both parents. We are mindful that it can always be a 50/50 split but that doesn’t mean parents shouldn’t equally share responsibility. Too often we’ve seen a child used as a tool or weapon. Although this can be by a man or woman , both sadly have the capacity to be this shortsighted and selfish, we are well aware of which s*x agencies, Courts, schools and Police act differently towards. We are well versed, sadly, in the horrific process of parental alienation. How government agencies refuse to officially recognise the immediate and long term damage done to innocent yet alienated children remains a national disgrace. The latest paperwork from Cafcass 'Child Impact Assessment Framework' confirms the lack of understanding of the damage and entrapment of innocent children in matters of pure alienation and ignorance of a child's basic right to a loving relationship with BOTH parents. The good news is we love taking on these cases and helping children and the alienated parent battling the frankly evil agencies. The better news is we have a good record in securing 'contact' and in several cases residency.

We have watched with interest the recent tv publicised debate for equal pay for women and men. That is fully supported at Fathers Outreach....after all we are only after equality. Sadly that does not exist currently in this and many countries regarding fathers rights and particularly in financial matters. A starting point of an assumed 50/50 split....on everything from contact to financial matters...could this reduce the war encouraged by many solicitors barristers and courtrooms..? During the short lifetime of Fathers Outreach it has been surprising how many nodded in recognition of the work carried out for free to help children and their fathers when they have been victims of manipulation and parental alienation. One of the biggest surprises however has been how many have been reluctant to show their support for fear of upsetting someone...! So maybe a reminder is poignant here....we only ask for equality for separated parents and for children to not be mentally used and abused. Our free voluntary work in this area continues and our success rate on individual cases remains very high!

Sadly statistics show we will know a victim of serious s*x discrimination. It starts at the birth of a child...your child...in how the state handles parental responsibility. Mothers assumed PR straight away but not always the case for fathers and can in fact be removed following false allegations and ex parte hearings. But it can be worse as schools, social services and particularly our police force will handle and treat males quite differently from females in domestic related matters. This will likely continue further in financial matters for fathers, our uncles, our brothers and yes one day our sons.
