Brixton Library

A Lambeth Library Brixton Library is in the centre of Brixton, next to the Ritzy Cinema. It also has talking books for all ages, DVDs and books in large print.

It provides books and more for loan, a reference and information service, free use of computers for Internet, email and word-processing and free WI-FI with a library card. The Library also holds a small collection of books in Bengali, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Pashto, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Somali, and Spanish. Printing, photocopying and scanning is unavailable at Brixton Library today due to a printing system changeover. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Services will be impacted today at Brixton Library and Waterloo Library. Printing/photocopying will operate as usual at our other libraries today, Minet, Carnegie and Clapham Library are a short journey away.

To use our new printing service from tomorrow you can prepare by registering on the Print in City website https://uk.printincity.com or downloading the Print in City app from your app store.
