It seems incredible that the vast majority of people go through life without directly experiencing who they are.

We think, we feel, but we do not know.

The traditional Zen enlightenment process is geared to the needs of Eastern seekers. For the more impatient Western temperament it has been shown that by fully communicating ourselves to others, the direct experience of enlightenment can more easily be attained and more readily assimilated into our daily lives.

This process lasting for three days gives you the best possible chance to attain Self realisation. It is rigorous & requires 100% effort for 17 hours each day.

The time is spent in dyads with focused intention to be oneself and communicating to another what occurs as result of this contemplation. An impressive number of direct experiences usually result.

It does not require any belief structure to participate, indeed preconceived ideas are a barrier to enlightenment.

All you must do is be willing to open up to the truth, to experience yourself without all the mental and emotional baggage that you carry around with you. The experience is clear, powerful and usually obvious. Indeed many people give the correct answer in the first day, but answers are not the experience, and one must go through periods of doubt, despair, anger and fear before the ego lets go and the true self is experienced directly.

It is a journey well worth taking and you will be fully supported as you plumb the depths on your path of inner discovery.

SPIRITUAL DISCOVERY DAY AT HELIOS IN JULY 25TH! From 10 to 5 PM.

Continuing to work with operating from the deeper space in the heart. Essential, on going training in how to channel spiritual presence, healing energies and your creative gifts.
In this group session you will uncover the essential principles underlying your quest for spiritual enrichment. You will learn how to step beyond the limitations of human nature and act from your authentic self based in the heart, which is capable of a deep understanding far beyond that of the conscious mind. In order for the human self to allow the spiritual to work through it the basic principles must be understood and in place and working correctly. Using these techniques any work you do of this nature will be deepened and more effective.
Some key teachings are:

- The relationship between mind, body, spirit and the benefits that releasing blocks between them can have.

- Finding the stillness within and addressing life's complications from that place.

- Deep practice in what it really means to be present in the moment.

- Uncovering your deeper purpose and working through limitations to living it.

- Working practically with letting go and holding true to the self.

- Learn how the human self and the great unknown can work together. The essence of duality being both human and infinite spirit. Experiential courses using meditation and some light movement and release techniques.

We currently require a strong but sensitive therapeutic masseur who works beneath the physical to help release some of the blocked energies caught up inside the body.

We will also be very pleased to meet experienced counsellors and psychotherapists, committed to a deeply transformative process, to join our team.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Greg Branson and Robin Baldock have been running Enlightenment Intensives courses since the late ‘90s, inspired by the Enlightenment Intensives process.
Greg Branson, developed for more than 20 years, the current format of the workshop, a powerful, structured process, involving three days of focussed contemplation leading to that state of no-separation generally referred to by mystics and masters throughout the ages as enlightenment. This requires a leap of consciousness by participants into a direct experience of how they really are. Though only a momentary respite from the world of sensual perception it can provide the impulse for a whole new direction in life and self-understanding. Greg Branson founded the charity Helios Centre in 1982, a charity dedicated to offer all kinds of services of alternative therapies.
Robin Baldock studied healing with the Helios Centre since 1994, leading the weekly meditation group and assisting Greg Branson in his enlightenment workshops. He trained in ta**ra with Leora Lightwoman and co-facilitated workshops with her in Diamond Light Ta**ra 2003-2008 also leading men's groups. As a musician, he learnt guitar from a young age, and went on to more exotic instruments; african drum, didgeridoo, and sitar. He developed his own process for music healing and channeling drawing on Sufi and Shamanic traditions as learnt through inner guidance.
