Braving the rain to raise the Pride flag in Lewisham 🏳️🌈
The Speaker of Lewisham Cllr Aaron Regisford was joined by the Mayor, councillors and staff to mark Pride. He shares the story behind the Kente cloth he wore and how its colours symbolise love, peace and harmony.

The Amplify Bus is on Catford Broadway every Thursday until 16 July, open from 3.30pm–6pm!
Come and explore amazing music production equipment, get creative, meet new people, and work with talented musicians, producers, and youth workers 🎧
Cllr Rotimi Skyers recently visited the bus to meet the team and see the project in action, and it’s not one to miss! 🙌

We are aware of incidents on Stanstead Road and Queens Road. These have now been resolved, the police cordons have been lifted and affected residents are being supported.

Catford Community Festival is back this June! 🎉
The main event will be on Saturday 27 June on Catford Broadway from 11am until 5pm, with a week of events in the lead up – all celebrating everything that makes SE6 special.

Update: Waterlink Way bridge works
Unfortunately works to replace the Waterlink Way bridge have been delayed.
As works progressed, we discovered water mains pipes that weren’t shown on the plans we’d been given by Thames Water. This means we need to wait for Thames Water to approve our revised approach so the bridge can be installed safely.
We’re keen to complete the work as soon as possible and we’re sorry for the inconvenience we know this will cause. We’ll keep residents updated on the timeline for completion when we can.
