📢 At our first company day of the year, we had a lot to shout about!

Here’s what we achieved together in 2023:
👏 1,468 lives supported
👏 720 campaigns fully funded
👏 £1.1m received in donations
👏 95% of people still housed 6 months later

🌟 Each year, thanks to our growing, awesome team, we support more people. In 2024, the work goes on to set new records!

🎅 Throwback to Christmas 2017.

Our founder and CEO, Alex Stephany, with Tony, the first homeless person to use Beam.

That year, we worked with Tony as he qualified as an electrician, moved out of his homeless hostel and fixed his family relationships.

💡 To this day, Tony works as an electrician in London, keeping the lights on in a hospital - which he did through Covid.

Beam has so far supported close to 3,000 homeless people and refugees into jobs and homes.

Today, an all-time high of 248 people and families are working with a Beam caseworker to get housing and employment support.

🎄 That's why this Christmas, we’re urgently raising £131,370 to support homeless families and children in the UK dreaming of stability and a safe home.

🚨 We’re breaking records at Beam. But not the good kind. Right now, we have a record-breaking 237 people using our platform.

🇬🇧 While in the UK, we have 131,370 homeless children in emergency accommodation.

Our friends at My Big Fail are back with ‘My Big Fail 2: So We Fail Again' 🎭

The concept is simple: leaders come together to hear from those brave enough to share their biggest fail with the audience… but more importantly the lessons they learned.

Whether you're a CEO or aspiring to be one, it’ll be a day of learning, fun, and embracing the power of failure.

All proceeds support incredible charities and social enterprises, and we’re delighted that Beam is one of them!

My BIG Fail 2 - So we fail again - business and life lessons from failure Join us for our second charity event live from the Comedy Store, Leicester Square celebrating all things failure.

🚀 When we launched Beam, we wanted to find a way to upskill people experiencing homelessness, so they could earn a living and get back on their feet.

💯 Since then, we've helped hundreds of people to qualify as bricklayers, beauticians, accountants and so much more!

🙌 We're now delighted to partner with leading online training provider High Speed Training to offer free training courses to our beneficiaries in everything from office skills to health and social care to food hygiene.
