Time To Help UK Provide relief and assistance to people in any part of the world who are the victims of Disaster, Poverty, Hunger and Financial Help

Building a better, more prosperous and peaceful world! Our work areas are poverty and disaster relief. From this, we aim to help people fight poverty, serve the elimination of social injustice, war, persecution and support people who cannot meet their basic needs.

🌍 At our 2026 volunteer reunion, we brought together people who had travelled with us to Bosnia, Greece, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and the Philippines.

We asked them one simple question: If you could describe your volunteer trip in just ONE word, what would it be?

Different countries, different people, different experiences. But each trip has left its own mark on the people who joined us.

This month, we welcomed six volunteers from Metro Bank as part of our corporate volunteering programme! 🎨🤍

We started with a short presentation about our work before getting creative with tote bag painting and bracelet making.

We wanted to show that volunteering doesn’t always mean travelling abroad or working directly with communities. There are plenty of simple, creative ways to contribute locally that can still help others elsewhere.

The tote bags and bracelets are currently being distributed to girls in Kenya alongside sanitary pads. The bags offer a discreet way to carry menstrual products in communities where period stigma remains a challenge.

A big thank you to the team for spending the day with us! 👏🏼

This week, as part of our ongoing homelessness outreach, we joined to distribute 70 hot meals and essential items to people experiencing homelessness in London. 🍲🤍

A huge thank you to Antalya Restaurant London for kindly donating the meals, and to all of our wonderful volunteers who gave their time to support the distribution. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

This week, we brought together five speakers to explore menstrual health through education, healthcare, advocacy, WASH and community-led change.

Our panellists:

The discussion will help shape our next steps for CycleSafe, our reusable sanitary pad initiative. Pads are handmade by graduates of our tailoring programme in Uganda and distributed alongside menstrual health education.

Our plan of action focuses on strengthening education, advocacy, impact tracking, partnerships and WASH support.

🇧🇦 Our volunteers just finished a week of volunteering in Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Our 7 volunteers joined our partners at IFS-EMMAUS, supporting their ongoing work with local communities.

From harvesting potatoes and delivering meals to spending time with the elderly and taking part in creative workshops with children and young people with disabilities, our volunteers got involved in a range of activities throughout the week.

The team also visited Srebrenica, spending time with the Mothers of Srebrenica and paying their respects at the Srebrenica Memorial Centre.

A huge thank you to IFS-EMMAUS for welcoming our team and allowing us to be part of the important work they do every day. ❤️
