We are advertising for a Volunteer Grant Officer to help us secure funding, sustain our services and grow our vital work.

We are the last surviving tenants' federation in London. For decades, we have supported tenants and residents to defend their housing rights, challenge poor conditions and have a collective voice in the decisions that affect their homes and communities.

On Saturday, we were pleased to be joined by the Leader of Southwark and the Mayor of Southwark for our End-of-Year Get-Together.

Over delicious food, TRAs from all over Southwark came together to connect, network and build relationships. When we are together, we are stronger.

The SGTO End-of-Year Get-Together will take place on Saturday 6th December from 12-6pm at Bells Gardens Community Centre, 19 Buller Close, SE15 6UJ.

It is free to attend and it will be a superb occasion to meet and chat with other tenants and residents from all over Southwark over delicious food and great entertainment.

Do you live under a heat network/district heating system and experience frequent loss of heating or hot water, overheating, excessive cold or large bills?

Please come to this hybrid Public Meeting where we will discuss the actions that can be taken to improve our homes.

We will be joined by Cllr Situ, Southwark Council Cabinet Member for Council Homes, and senior council officers.

On Tuesday 1st July, SGTO and Kineara are beginning a new fortnightly series of housing surgeries.

These will take place at Bells Gardens Community Centre, where we will provide support for issues ranging from repairs to rent arrears.
