Library Crofton Park Library is a community-run library hosted by Eco Communities and part of Lewisham Libraries.

As well as a library it is a rentable space and hosts clubs. Crofton Park Community Library, originally known as Brockley Branch Library, was opened in October 1905 to serve the expanding local population.

📚 Summer Solstice Collage Workshop

Join us at Crofton Park Library on June 20th, 2026 at 11:00am for a fun and creative collaging workshop. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, come along to make some cool summer-themed collages, share ideas, and enjoy a relaxed, friendly vibe. All materials will be provided, so just bring your creativity and good mood!

This workshop is aimed at KS1 children’s abilities, and the collages of fruit and vegetables will be kept and curated into a young people’s recipe book.

each month our libraries take in hundreds of new titles. To make space for them we have to w**d out some of the 'unloved' books.......they look very sad sitting on their shelf with no-one to read them!
