To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people who are socially excluded to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society, by:

1:Providing support to and assisting new arrivals to the UK with integration into the community including through the facilitation of community events;

2:Providing education and training for all

Wellbeing Class - Day 10 - 23rd February 2025

This Sunday, we gathered at Fairview Club, Wembley for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). A day of reflection, discussions, and planning for the future—bringing our community together to continue building a healthy, cheerful, and inclusive space for all.

Wellbeing Class - Day 7 - 2nd February 2025.

Held every Sunday, 1-4 PM, at Barham Community Library, Sudbury, London. This session was all about dancing, singing, english speaking and as always a loving community.

Former Vice President of Tamu Dhee Nepal and honorable member of the Gandaki Province Assembly, Mananiya Saraswati Gurung, visited the UK as part of a family gathering and trip.

Her father, Deo Bahadur Gurung, is also the former president of this organization. In recognition of their presence, our BGNA UK family grandly welcomed and honored her on January 26, 2025, at Barham Park Library, Wembley, Harrow Road, London.

VJ 75 commemoration

On Saturday, 15th August 2020, due to current situation, a limited number of veterans, local authorities and dignitaries attended VJ 75 commemoration event at Barham Park Memorial Garden, Sudbury to commemorate those who served and sacrificed their lives in the Asia Pacific campaign.

15th August 1945 was officially named as Victory over Japan (VJ) day, and World War Two was finally over.

This event was organised by the Royal British Legion Wembley and Sudbury Branch President - Mei Sim Lai OBE DL, Vice President – Geraldine Cook and Chairman - Shaun Campbell.

On behalf British Gurkha Nepalese Association (BGNA) and the Gurkhas, Mr Dilliraj Sunuwar (Vice Chairman – BGNA) and Santa Bahadur Gurung (Advisor – BGNA) laid wreaths at the memorial.

Miss Khima Roka Magar at BGNA Health & Wellbeing Session.

On 14th November 2019, we had a very special guest (Miss Khima Roka Magar from INDRENI - Nepal) visit / join British Gurkha Nepalese Association (BGNA) singing & dancing session at Barham Park Library in Wembley, London. They had a fabulous time singing and dancing along with Miss Khima Roka Magar.

There is real science to endorse how music, song & dance can affect our overall mood and health. BGNA committed to running regular singing and dancing activities for its members and community as a whole to improve their health & well-being, happiness, and prevent them from becoming socially isolated.

BGNA Tihar Celebration

On 26th October 2019, British Gurkha Nepalese Association (BGNA) celebrated Nepalese Festival Tihar and the diversity aiming to promote community networking and social inclusion through talented dance performances, Deusi Bhailo, Group Dance, and traditional fragrant delicious foods.
