Delighted to welcome Minister Grace Fu to the residence during her two-day working visit to London. Her programme includes engagements with UK government counterparts and stakeholders on trade, sustainability, and other areas of mutual interest.
We were also pleased to host a dinner prepared by Megan Tan, founder of Yumm Singa (formerly Homi Kitchen), with the support of our housekeepers, Parmi and Eni. Megan is a Singaporean entrepreneur bringing authentic Singapore flavours to the UK through her range of sauces inspired by local hawker favourites. 🇸🇬🇬🇧

DHC Nicola was a speaker at a roundtable today convened at Wilton Park by the British Foreign Policy Group on strengthening national resilience through a whole of government approach towards national security. The enriching exchange of views included perspectives from the UK, the experiences of our friends in the Nordic countries and Estonia, coupled with Singapore’s values and efforts in building preparedness on this front, particularly in the digital arena. The iconic Wiston House in Steyning, West Sussex, home of Wilton Park, was a perfect backdrop to our discussion on these pertinent issues, enabling us to find common ground in appreciating each other’s perspectives as we all navigate a more fragmented world.

The Trade Accelerator comes at a timely moment for UK life sciences companies looking to scale internationally and explore opportunities in Asia.
