There’s been huge progress since the start of the year, with second fix now well underway inside the property 🔨

Some of the standout features are really starting to take shape, including the bespoke wine room, cantilever staircase and custom carpentry throughout the home 🍷✨

Outside, the combination of light brickwork, Corten-effect porcelain cladding and black aluminium glazing has created a striking contemporary exterior - and we’re so pleased with how it’s all coming together 👏🏡

Created in a timeless architectural style, the taupe sash windows add warmth to the red brick and clay roof exterior, while the proportions and detailing give the house an elegant feel. ⁠

Excavation is now complete, and from inside you can really start to appreciate the impressive scale of this basement space. It’s going to create a huge amount of additional living space for our client ✨🏡

Huge progress on site at this Wimbledon project over the past week, with the ultra-contemporary staircase now installed!🏗️

This staircase was a major part of the overall design, running across all three levels of the home. With its smooth curves, clean edges and minimal style, it’s set to become a real feature within the property ✨

Positioned within the centre of the staircase is a lift, carefully integrated into the design to create an elegant and fully accessible space throughout the home.

The project is moving at an amazing pace, and we’re so pleased with how this staircase is looking - along with the rest of this beautifully remodelled home 👏🏡

A home that truly comes into its own in the summer months, where the ground floor extension was designed to create a seamless connection with the landscaped garden.⁠

Wide expanses of contemporary glazing and sliding doors with a flush threshold open onto the patio, extending the living space outdoors during the warmer weather. Throughout the year, the garden views remain framed and the interiors filled with natural light through the design.⁠

You can also see the front of the house, where the exterior retains a more traditional character in keeping with the location and neighbouring homes. You can also see the solar panels on the roof, incorporated as part of the home’s sustainable design approach.
