Tomorrow our historic hall turns into a second chance factory!
FREE TOYS looking for new homes at the South Woodford Repair Cafe, Woodford Memorial Hall.
10am to 1pm.
No buying. No selling. Just toys that survived one childhood and are ready for another.
The Sunflowers crew is keeping the loop going. Pass it on, swap it up, let things stay useful instead of forgotten in a cupboard.
Bring a child. Bring curiosity. Bring that one toy at home everyone secretly wants gone.
You might leave lighter. Or with a dinosaur. Life is unpredictable like that π§Έπ»π

Got something broken that you keep meaning to fix instead of replacing? This oneβs for you.
Join us for a free Repair Cafe on Saturday 24th of January 2026, from 10am to 1pm at Woodford Memorial Hall. Bring along small electrical items, laptops, watches, bikes, clothes that need mending, or toys ready for a swap. There will also be recycling opportunities, a cooking workshop, and free refreshments while you wait.
Itβs first come, first served, so arriving early is a smart move. Less waste, more fixing, more community.

In previous years this has been a joyful and encouraging
experience for all involved. For many, this will be the only
Christmas Carol event they will get to share in β and they
absolutely love it!
We divide into teams in the Chapel and allocate different
wards/areas to each Team. The bigger the turn out the more of the hospital we will reach. Water and snacks after the event for the singers and supporters.
Our own Fr Bernard is the Christian chaplain, and asks that you reply to [email protected] if you can make it and what numbers you'll be bringing.
