The Ecology Centre at Holland Park runs a series of events, fun activities and education sessions on wide range of topics.

We also strive to enhance the biodiversity and habitats of Kensington and Chelsea.

Animal Tracks - Tuesday 17 February, 10am to midday
Investigate the signs animals leave behind in Holland Park’s woods and make your own animal footprint cast to take home.

Birds and Nests - Tuesday 17 February, 1.30-3.30pm
Discover the birds of Holland Park and create your own nest.

Price: £6.50 per child.

🌲 Forest Tots is back for 2026!

Our Autumn Bat Walk is on Wednesday 10 September, from 7-9pm.
Join this night-time walk and borrow a bat detector to discover these elusive nocturnal mammals with experts from the London Bat Group.

This Easter holiday Holland Park Ecology Centre is running our Nature Champions sessions for eight to 12 year olds in partnership with Change4Life and the Department for Education.

Join us in Holland Park for exciting activities including outdoor exploration and play, nature connection and wellbeing, food growing and campfire cooking.

These drop-off sessions are outdoors in our woodland area and include a campfire cooked lunch.

We have FREE funded places for those eligible for Free School Meals and charged places.

Looking for something to do this half term holiday? We have two children's workshops on Monday 17 February based around birdlife.
In the morning, Birds and Words will take inspiration from the birds we see and hear and is for children aged 7+.
In the afternoon in the Birds and Nests session we will create models from clay and natural materials with children aged 5+.
Charge: £6.50 per child.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
