Petition: Ban the sale of used power tools at car boot sales and markets We think car boot sales and markets are a major reason for tool theft from vans. Many tradespeople have their van broken into and have their tools stolen, which can deprive them of their livelihood. Replacing tools is not cheap, and we want the Government to take action to tackle tool theft.
We are still out working, carrying out your risk assessments, fire alarm and extinguisher inspections, and fire alarm installations.
Our team will always wear a mask while on your premises, carry handgel, and keep a safe social distance.

Never to young to start learning the family business! Teddy had his first day at work today and smashed it! (He had an inset day from school just in case anyone is worrying!)
D & M Fire Protection Ltd will have a new address from 4th May 2018. You will start to notice this on your certificates, and also on your invoices.
Have you reviewed your fire fighting equipment requirements in your premises and checked that it is all in full working order?
Insurance Companies do not look for reasons to pay out. Your fire extinguisher inspection certificate must be in date.

Please don't forget to regularly check the batteries in your smoke detectors!
If you have a wired system, they are required to have a regular service carried out to ensure that they do not fail when most needed.
Did you know that by law, your premises - be it commercial or common areas of rented accommodation, require a risk assessment to be carried out? Also, that assessment needs a yearly review to keep it current. Is your paperwork up to date?
