Steve launched add-victor after a professional rugby career appearing 103 times for Harlequins and winning 2 England caps.

πŸ”Έ1979 – Garden Rugby "Regularly kick a ball around with my sisters"
πŸ”Έ1991 – School Rugby "Actually preferred football growing up, however my first proper tackle aged 11 shifted my interest"
πŸ”Έ1998 – Professional Rugby "Leaving school it was always a goal to play for Harlequins. I played 103 matches in both domestic & European competitions."
πŸ”Έ2001 – International Rugby "The dream became reality when I won my first cap against Canada. I would later win one more cap."
πŸ”Έ2004 – Executive Search "Entering the search space I witnessed at first hand the skills developed through sport and how it shaped my career"

The Last Stroke Counts -… Henry tells us that as a child he was β€˜always crossing the river’ over Hammersmith Bridge near where he grew up. Being consistently exposed to rowing, his passion for the sport grew steadily through his teenage years.
