The many lives of Steve White-Cooper...
Steve launched add-victor after a professional rugby career appearing 103 times for Harlequins and winning 2 England caps.
Here are the key dates that led him to facilitate the transitions of many athletes & military individuals…
🔸1979 – Garden Rugby "Regularly kick a ball around with my sisters"
🔸1991 – School Rugby "Actually preferred football growing up, however my first proper tackle aged 11 shifted my interest"
🔸1998 – Professional Rugby "Leaving school it was always a goal to play for Harlequins. I played 103 matches in both domestic & European competitions."
🔸2001 – International Rugby "The dream became reality when I won my first cap against Canada. I would later win one more cap."
🔸2004 – Executive Search "Entering the search space I witnessed at first hand the skills developed through sport and how it shaped my career"
🔸Since 2012 – Founder of add-victor "I launched add-victor to match sporting & military DNA with employers."

The Last Stroke Counts -… Henry tells us that as a child he was ‘always crossing the river’ over Hammersmith Bridge near where he grew up. Being consistently exposed to rowing, his passion for the sport grew steadily through his teenage years.
