The fabulous new pitch is now open!

Thrilled to be sharing the news about our sports pitch getting a much needed upgrade. We are very lucky that Adidas has offered to sponsor it. Works have started and by September we should be having a new and lovely surface.

Please don't bring a barbecue for the time being as everything is super dry!

An Antony Gormley Statue In Kilburn? Who Knew? Early work by the figurative sculptor.

Camden who will be re-designing Iverson Road Park is back this Saturday 22nd April from 12 to 3pm to show/discuss further designs with residents.
They were there briefly here collecting residents' thoughts/ideas some weeks ago showing provisional designs. The proposed plan is to redesign the small park/children's playground and basketball area. Various ideas, including trying to make it more adult and adolescent friendly, whilst also still child centred, reducing the size of the basketball court in order to put in more green, including trees, putting the dog area further at the back (which seems a good idea, rather than having it so dominant at the front of the park), and also bringing forward the boundary fence of the basketball court to be level with the playground area, ie to create more "park" space.
