Pakistan Peoples Party United Kingdom proudly hosted a warm Reception & Dinner in honour of **Mr. Azhar Iqbal Baralvi**, General Secretary PPP United Kingdom, on his appointment as **Overseas Commissioner by the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir**.

The event brought together party leadership, political workers, journalists, community representatives and members of the Pakistani and Kashmiri community from across the United Kingdom.

The evening was presided over by **Mohsin Bari, President PPP UK**, and organised by **Advocate Arif Mughal, President People's Lawyers Forum**, with participation from distinguished guests, speakers and party representatives.

Addressing the gathering, Azhar Iqbal Baralvi thanked his PPP family for their warm reception and stressed the importance of stronger representation for Overseas Kashmiris. The evening reflected the spirit of unity, democratic values, and service to the community.

Special thanks to all leaders, workers, friends and community members for making the event a success.

Pakistan Peoples Party UK warmly welcomes back one of its very own, Mr. Azhar Iqbal Baralvi Sahib, General Secretary PPP UK and recently appointed Overseas Commissioner, Government of Azad Kashmir, on his visit back to the United Kingdom.

A close aide, loyal supporter and trusted companion of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Azhar Iqbal Baralvi Sahib has long remained committed to the ideals and mission of the Pakistan Peoples Party. His return to the UK feels like welcoming back a member of our own PPP family.

Yesterday at Heathrow Airport, a large number of PPP representatives, friends, journalists and community members from London, Peterborough and across the UK gathered to extend a heartfelt reception.

We welcome ceasefire b/w Pakistan and India, an important step towards peace. Thanks to International community led by United States for brokering it. For long term peace Kashmir & Indus Water Treaty issues should be resolved through peaceful means.
