CSP representatives championed disability inclusive culture at the TUC Disabled Workers' Conference in Bournemouth last week.

They delivered compelling speeches on issues affecting disabled workers.

They called for barriers to employment in healthcare to be broken down and highlighted the difference reasonable adjustments can make.

Fit note reform pilot across four integrated care systems announced 27/05/2026

The government has announced a new pilot programme aimed at reforming the fit note system as part of wider efforts to improve work participation, reduce economic inactivity and strengthen the national work and health agenda.
